If you've purchased an eProductivity perpetual license, you don't need to read this. If you've subscribed to eProductivity, here is some helpful information.
Subscription Information
For most eProductivity Subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew every month. You'll automatically be billed for the next month unless you cancel prior to the billing date.
eProductivity Subscriptions are managed by PayPal Secure Payment services. At checkout when you first subscribe, if you don't currently have a PayPal account, you'll be given the opportunity to sign up for a free PayPal account.
Your monthly subscription payment will appear on your credit card statement as "ICA COM INC". You'll receive a transaction receipt by email directly from PayPal.
Subscription Notification Preferences
By default, PayPal's Email Notification Preferences are set so that you won't receive an email receipt each time a payment is sent for this subscription. If you'd like to receive an email receipt each time payment is sent for this subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the 'Profile' subtab of the 'My Account' tab. Choose the 'Notifications' link from the 'Account Information' section and follow the on-screen instructions to change this preference.
Cancelling Your Subscription
For most eProductivity Subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew every month. You'll automatically be billed for the next month unless you cancel prior to the billing date.
To cancel your subscription and stop future subscription payments:
- 1. Log in to your PayPal account
- 2. Go to the 'History' subtab of the 'My Account' tab.
- 3. Choose 'Subscriptions' from the drop-down 'Show' menu and click 'Submit'.
- 4. Choose the subscription you want to cancel, and click on its 'Details' link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription.
