Known Issues:

Apple Safari users (on Mac):
Some users have reported problems downloading using the Apple Safari browser on the Mac (Windows users are unaffected). We recommend using Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Microsoft Internet Explorer users:
If you have your browser set to block pop-ups and downloads, then you will need to tell your browser to allow downloads from eProductivity. Once you do, you will need to fill in the fields and click the download button again to restart the download. (See screen shot)
