What is a Software Maintenance and Support Agreement?
eProductivity offers software maintenance and support agreements to customers who have purchased an eProductivity perpetual license. An agreement consists of software maintenance and support elements.
Software maintenance means you're entitled to receive free updates to the software as long as your agreement is current.
Support means you're entitled to our technical support assistance as long as your agreement is current.
When you purchase a perpetual license of eProductivity, we automatically include an initial period of free Maintenance and Support which is specified at the time of your purchase. At the end of the initial Maintenance and Support period, you may optionally choose to purchase an addtional Maintenance and Support period as a prepaid one-year agreeement.
When you purchase a subscription to eProductivity, ongoing Maintenance and Support are automatically included in your subscription fee.
