About the eProductivity pre-release program
The eProductivity Pre-release program is open to anyone that would like to evaluate the newest features of eProductivity. This is a great opportunity to see what's coming next!
This is a software preview, which means that:
- The software is not done.
- The software will automatically check for and notify you when updates are available.
What to expect
- We'll send you a couple of emails during the prerelease period, with updates and information on how you can help make eProductivity even better. (Any email we send will include an easy way to unsubscribe from future emails.)
- When you install the public pre-release of eProductivity ("the Software"), the Software will function for 21 days without an activation key. At the end of the pre-release period, the Software will alert you that a valid key is required to continue using the Software.
- We will not share your email address with anyone, period.

How to participate
No license key is required to use the application for the first 21 days. After that period of time, you'll need a key to continue.
- If you're already a current eProductivity customer, continue to use your regular activation key
- If you're not an eProductivity customer, you may request an extended evaluation key. Once that key has expired, you will need to purchase if you'd like to continue
Things to consider for particiapting
- The pre-release version of eProductivity will replace the current version of your mail template.
- If you wish to uninstall eProductivity at any time, follow these instructions to replace the design of your mail file with the Lotus Notes Mail template.
- If and when you uninstall the pre-release version of eProductivity, you'll need to apply a new eProductivity or Lotus Notes Mail template to your mail file. Your data will remain intact.
We value your feedback!
- Please report any observed issues, problems, and provide any additional feedback during your evaluation.
- The feedback we find most critical are any issues surrounding reliability, stability and readiness of product for the marketplace.
- For this release, we’re particularly interested in any issues with Lotus Notes 8.5.1 and 8.5.2.
- The feedback process is simple. If you have feedback, a question, or a bug report, you may send it to us using these steps.

(ICA) , does not grant any right, title or interest in the Software or any intellectual property of ICA or any third party licensor. You may not sell or transfer the Software or any part of it to any third party, nor assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions.
ICA gives no warranties, representations, conditions, undertakings or other obligations, whether express or implied by common law, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty that the Software will be error-free or that such errors will be corrected are given, all of which are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Software is provided 'AS IS' and in no event will ICA and its third party licensors be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind (except personal injury or death resulting from ICA's negligence) arising from your use or inability to use the Software, or from faults or defects in the Software whether caused by negligence or otherwise. ICA and its third party licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of any use of the Software or associated documentation. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California and the courts of Kern County, California shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising hereunder.
Pre-release download instructions:
As a reminder, we suggest that you only install pre-release software on computers suitable for testing and that you backup your data prior to your evaluation. ICA.COM, Inc. is not responsible for any data loss while using beta / pre-released versions of our software.
