Your Lotus Notes User Name is your name as it appears in your Lotus Notes Directory. We need to know this name in order to generate the software activation key that we will send you.
Your Lotus Notes user name will typically look something like:
"Firstname Lastname/Organization" (e.g. "Lucy Smith/ICA")
How to determine your Lotus Notes User Name:
The easiest way to lookup your Lotus Notes User Name is to address an email to yourself from within Lotus Notes.
1. Create a new E-Mail message
2. Click To: to display the directory and select your name.
3. The address you see is your Lotus Notes User Name
4. Type or copy and paste your Lotus Notes User Name into the order form.
