We are happy to provide an evaluation eProductivity database for you to download and review at no charge.
We do this for three reasons:
First, it allows you to try out the software on your own computer without installing anything - simply download the evaluation database and click to open it in Lotus Notes. Inside, you'll find sample data and tutorials that you can use to experience eProductivity for yourself. You can even click a button to copy in your most recent emails, tasks, and calendar items so that you can experiment with eProductivity using your own data. When you are done, simply delete the file; there's nothing to uninstall!
The second reason is that it will help you confirm whether or not you will need support from your Notes administrator to install the full template. The majority of our customers simply download and apply the eProductivity template to their mail file with ease. A small number of our customers have their Lotus Notes locked down so that third-party tools such as eProductivity cannot be installed without assistance from their Notes Administrator. Downloading the evaluation database will help you determine this. There's no risk. if the file opens you are ready to go. If Lotus Notes prevents you from opening it, you will need to have your Notes Administrator assist you. You are always welcome to contact us and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
The final and most important reason is that we want you to be a satisfied user of our product and we believe that by allowing you to try it before you buy it you can do so without making a purchase. Then, once you've experienced eProductivity for yourself on your own computer, we invite you to contact us to subscribe to the software or purchase a license.
